How to set the clock

Just in case you don't have the book press & hold the plastic lump to the left of the clock & hold till the clock flashes & then one short press per increase .
Never thought we had so many clocks

The clocks on my bikes have always stayed on BST, sort of a mark of respect like.

Also being a lazy git - how do i get my clock to dispaly the time in 24 hrs mode ?

Unfortunately you have to ask the dealer to change the mode when hooked up to the laptop thingy. They can change settings like miles/km and also set the clock to show the time in 24 hour mode. My dealer did it for free....
