How to stop keyless ignition switching off

Hello. I'm trying to program my newly installed ezCAN and every time I get somewhere close, the keyless ignition turns off.
Can this be stopped?

Program it by plugging it into a laptop or PC etc. before installing it on your bike. That's what I did, IIRC it was in the instructional video on YouTube to do it that way?

This, just set it up on the laptop then plug it in.

Thanks for that. Every video I've seen shows it programmed on the bike. As it happens, the ezCAN has an internal fault so I've got to do a hard reset according to the help desk. I knew I should have stuck to my rat bike.
