It's the same bike as on the UKGSer homepage... mine And yep, it's been used and abused by me for the last 10+ years and this is it's first proper tear down in that time... which is why Mike hates me right now!

As to history - over the years it's been my commuter, tourer, trail play thing, and occasional race machine.
