I have four of them!:augie One only has 300 miles on the clock, is totally standard and I am mothballing it!:)

4? Only Four! Humph I've got 10 - 3 in storage and one each for shopping, touring, racing, Pike's Peak, RTW, Dakar and Xmas presents delivery! Just can't have enough of those HP2s! Nice allround bike.

If you're both serious and not just on a wind up, then you are both the worst sort of cocks going, should be fukking embarrassed about yourselves and should fekk off out of here and join a merchant w@nkers website....you certainly don't understand what it's all about :blast

Just in my humble opinion obviously :augie

The worlds most powerful enduro bike, with a direct lineage from:

And classic performances like this:

It's hard to see how it's not a classic in the making

I think you'll find Knighter did the double in 2006 ...Riding a KTM 950 SE in the Rodeo and a KTM 300 EXC in the Hare Scramble:augie :D

I am extremely grateful to Skygod for letting me have a go on his HP2E on Saturday during Hograost.

My first impression was that it felt very long wheel base for the first few seconds but once I got used to that it was fantastic. Far too much power, marvelous.:D

On loose gravel it was great to be able to steer it completely from the back end. The standard air suspension was wonderful. It is obviously a very heavy dirt bike but the rear shock soaked up everything and the rebound damping was perfect for my 15 stone bulk. The only other time I have ridden a HP2E is when I took a second hand model out from Ocean. At that time, I was not able to ride it off-road and could only evaluate it on-road. I had unfortunately just spent a lot of money on R1 so buying the HP2 was not practical at the time.

If any HP2E owner would like to swap for a very nice Phase One Endurance prepared R1, please let me know.:)

Me too, thanks Gaz:thumb

I did 5-6 miles or so on it and thought it was great for the Plain

I found it really nice to ride and very forgiving in that kind of terrain

Plenty of power and the suspenders took it all in their stride

So easy to steer with the back wheel and the bike was quite good when airborne..............I was expecting mucho bottoming out, but there was none

Although the XChallenge is lighter, it felt like I'd literally lost half the engine.........and realised I had:blast
