HTML To Video?

Hi

I tried to copy a video clip from another website on Media player but when it came through it was in HTML.
Now , That was the only option i had to save to my Videos was in that form.

Is that the only option or can i transfer it back into video form?

I doubt it was!

Try to right click on the link that gave you the video and select "Save as..."

saved the link, not the video

the html is the link to the video, not the video itself - check the file size.
Do a search for *.wmv, *.mpg, *.avi files and check your TEMP folders.

the HTML you tried to save was prolly just a link to the actual video.

sometimes that will lead to a video embedded in the next page. dunno how to copy those except by using snag-it or similar.

Still having problems but its of no importance really.

What i would like to no is how to transfer say a home made Video clip in Media Player to another website like this one.

I have tried the Properties approach to copy/Paste link but does not work?

So Step by Step please For Idiots
