...what is it?!

I just remembered that when we were in Turkey the plastic bit (that I thought was the mudguard) came off on a really bumpy road and I'd like to replace it. I've been looking at GS mudguards and that term seems to refer to the bit at the front of the rear wheel under the seat. What's the 'mudguardy' plastic bit at the back called?!

That ugly lump of plastic,if it is the one attached to the bevel drive is for German TUV regulations.
Most people just take them off and chuck them in the back of the garage.
Do a "wanted" ad for one and you'll probably be buried in the things.
 
That's the one and oh!

I've got the bike up for sale and want to ensure it is complete. I'll try a wanted ad., thanks for the suggestion.
