increasing font size

ok,my turn for a numpty question: the font on the website pages has gone smaller.
i cant seem to get it back larger.i have tried sceen resolution size-wrong.
then tried contol panel.
where have i gone wrong.

so i guess it is something i have altered unintentionally using the keyboard??

Hold down CTRL and roll the scroll wheel on your mouse...

Assuming you are using MS Internet Explorer, on the top menu bar select:

View -> Text Size -> Medium

Top drop down list file - edit then view.

Left click "view" and two thirds the way down is "text size".

Left click and then you can increase / decrease the screen font size!

If I open several files inWord or Excel or Autocad or..., I seem to get several sessions, or at least several tabs on the taskbar.
Is there a handy way to close all in one shot?
