help, trying to find a new micro switch for my failing left indicator button. Replaced the right one last year with a micro switch from farnell but they dont stock it and now neither do Newark.....

any ideas anyone?

Where to get Indicator Microswitches

Hi Guys

Thought I'd write a quick note to say that my indicator switch went recently.

After several hours of searching I found the correct part on the DigiKey website www.digikey.co.uk. The manufacturer reference is K12CBK15N and the digikey reference is 401-1159-ND. The address to the product page is http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=401-1159-ND

The service was uber quick and the postage was a tenner or so i think. The switch itself was about 2 quid.

Inflation....

Well Digikey obviously have a very intelligent pricing algorithm for these switches. I bought mine about 6 weeks ago and they were £2.77. When I looked this morning they were £3.76. This evening they are £4.50.

That's quite impressive price inflation. Obviously it's the demand from GS owners pushing the price up!!!! Either that or the government's recent Kenyesianism is predicated on a sham and it's not deflation that we should be worried about the rampant stagflation driven by unemployed GS owners with failing indicators!
