Does anyone else using both of these have any problems with Inforad Manager running properly?

Also, my new out of the box K2 seems to be identified as a K1 by the software :blast

Go back to the Amazon link you provided recently, somebody else in the reviews also had a K1 sent masquerading as a 2 iirc. Can't remember what the outcome was as it was too long go, for my memory at least! :D

Thanks Jay, I've just got this back from Inforad:-
The software detects all K models as K1. To make sure you have a K2 all you need to check is if at the very bottom of the unit you have a volume control button. If this is the case, you have a K2. If you don't have it, then it would be a K1
Mine does have the volume switch so I guess it must be the K2.

Sorted the AVG problem out now too. For anyone who might need to know, in the Resident Shield section of the >Tools>Advanced Settings option, the C:\Program Files\Inforad\Cache directory needs to be added to the Directory Excludes list :thumb2
