Innov K2 switched Live

I've installed the unit to my newly acquired R100GSA but I need advice on where to take the switched Live from if anyone can assist please? Gerry.

Check the wiring going to the diagnotic plug under the front seat

I spoke to my local bike shop who made out it was some big deal and had to go through canbus. Thanks both.

Hi Rusty, my honest opinion is that it's nothing more than OK. It's perfectly fine as a dashcam but I expected clearer crisper footage I suppose.

Just for info, i bought a drift helmet camera last year - hopeless, but gets good reviews.
Bad customer service, and it lost all of my italy bike tour....

Now have a gopro 8 - great camera but expensive.

There is a firmware mode that gives a higher bitrates, gives a cleaner video but larger files. It definitely improves the quality.

Don’t use “scotchlok” type connectors, go for the soldered solution.

Thanks to everyone for their input re this. This turned into a really simple job by using a Posi-tap connector and a switched live under the front seat. Hopefully I've managed to paste a shortcut to the product which is available on Amazon. Gerry.
