Insurance Group Ratings?

Hi folks - delurking for a mo.

Just got my Norwich Union Premier Bike Club insurance documents through with the R80GS on properly for the first time alongside my little Yamaha TTR250 trail bike.

TTR is Group 9 and the GS Group 10 - does that make any sense? One has got to be 3 or 4 Groups out surely to goodness?

Probably about right for the 80. The 1150 is group 13.

Perhaps it's something to do with power/weight ratios?
