Its that time of year again to insure the GSA

I've got 4 years NCD
3 points because of a CU80 (using mobile whilst driving)
bike insured for £9000

Using compare sites its coming out at £170 ish but im not sure all of my mods have been noted
What insurance company are you using and what are you paying and most importantly have you had to use it and if so why? and did they pay out?

If they're all BMWs, then it's hard to beat going direct with BMW

Swinton quoted me £450 told them to fuck right off

Devit just quoted me £190....Thats not to bad

£273 through BMW Insurance (same as last year). They've changed their underwriters this year from Allianz to Equity Red Star.
Carole Nash quoted very similar after a bit of haggling (started at £350), but I'll stay put for ease & simplicity's sake.

7 yrs no claims on a bike BUT they wanted details of 2 non fault claims for a car!!
Opted out of breakdown cover
With Hastings last year and couldn't beat the renewal (strangely) I never insure with the same company twice!!!

This on a 2013 GSA, 10k Pa
