intermittent abs

any ideas on why abs will "click" in ok sometimes and then sometimes not having to be reset and tried again.

Battery condition? Always assuming the problems are after the engine has been stopped a while. Using an optimate or similar battery conditioner has always worked for me.

When you say "reset" do you mean a real reset or a motor restart?

reset

switching on + off the ignition on the move and then stopping and starting the engine as normal usually cures it but not always.

New battery (cheap)
New starter motor (expensive)
Leave it alone summer is coming and it 'll work O.K. (Cheapest)

I've the same problem at the moment; it's going into Williams tomorrow for warranty work and having a new battery fitted (foc)
