Bought ours from sports touring in Abercynon South Wales, Absolutely fantastic bit of bit cannot fault it.
Had a fault with one off the headsets and Mike changed it no Questions asked.

I have no affiliation with sports touring i am just a very happy customer who is very pleased with the service i got.

Right, having read some of the F4 feedback I reckoned mine was not up to scratch (as mentioned earlier in the thread. Rang motohaus who took them bakc and checked the firmware. There was a problem and they replaced them with no problems.

The newer set are much more reliable...the back ground noise is much reduced and the sat nav no longer screws the pillion link. Bike to bike range seems improved as well. Having just got back from the Pyranees I have to say the kit worked well and based on my latest experience I would recommend it.

I would also recommend Motohaus(?) as well...superb customer service.

+1 for Motohaus. I've just got back from a trip round the UK, and the Interphone was playing up while we were in Scotland. A call to Nick, and he looked on the map at our route, and called round a few dealers. A quick detour (100 miles) into Falkirk barf), and both modules were swapped, and all working 100% for the rest of the trip.

People are too quick to moan if something doesn't work, and don't bother to praise good service. Nick at Motohaus went above and beyond for me, and I would not hesitate in recommending the Interphone F4 (and Motohaus) to anyone in the future.
