I have owned an Interphone for the last 8 months or so and just recently it would not transmit via Bluetooth.
Living in darkest Africa meant it had to go back to UK for any repair and I got in touch with Malcolm of Intephone who was just as nice and helpful as he could possibly be!
His potential "quick fixes" did not work so I sent it back to him via Courier and asked him to repair it as quickly as possible as I was passing through London the following week.
Five days later I checked in to my hotel in London and there was a jiffy bag for me with a checked unit and a replacement microphone - which apparently was the problem. And no charges.
So, excellent service and Malcolm is a pleasure to deal with.
No connection with Interphone of course. Just nice to pass on a comment on decent service when you get it.
Sadly quite rare these days it seems...
