iPad2 problem

when using a pc I can insert a picture into a thread using 'manage attachments' and it all works fine; when I try it from my iPad the Browse option is Greyed out even though the picture I want to use is on the iPad, any ideas ?

I dont know how to answer you exact issue (uploading a pic direct to a forum from the ipad like on the PC)...

However I would get round it by uploading the image to something like photobucket (there's an app for that !!), and then linking the file from there. Thats what I do most of the time... Saves bandwidth on the forum aswell...

I upload the photos to smugmug, then link from the thread to smugmug.

Apps are available for easy uploading to smug mug.

Save image to your Photo album and using Tapatalk go to advanced options and select from album as per this

I would imagine it's because the iPad doesn't have a file system that the 'manage attachments' script on the UKGSER server can handle for browsing purposes. I would guess it's the same from the iPhone and maybe Android devices too.
