iphone: looks bloody fantastic

Looks great but I'd rather have one of these so I'm compatible with the rest of the world :thumb2

Hmmmm

a moble phone with a multeye touch interface ...

But, still, it looks very sexy.

However, doesn't trying to use the www over a slow mobile phone connection cost a lot of money?

But I can predict some demands from two teenagers in my house tomorrow :(

Oh and you need to sign up for an iTunes account (see the quick demo). Apple locks you into their technology more than Microsoft. :spitfire

It does look sexy, but I don't think it delivers anything more than my P990i

:nenau

By the time we get it (in Australia) anyway, it'll have 3G and maybe a built in GPS, so much more attractive than that clunky piece of shite that atkule uses, who wants to be compatible with Windoze crap anyway...

I think that it looks crap. Tinny and cheap (which it won't be) looking. It's horrible.

Love my iPod. Won't be buying this though...

My ipod and itunes account are the only mp3 player/music software I've used without problems.

I'd have a Mac tomorrow and will get an iphone when the price drops somewhat.

Correct......the girlie messed around and got peeved off with two cheap mp3 players before I bought her an ipod (which i told her to get in the first place:rolleyes: ) and she loves it and the itunes software .

I have had more problems in 6 mths of PC ownership than I had in six years of Mac ownership.

My iMac still rocks its just a bit slow .:(

Ipod's aren't without problems, had one but it froze and I had to let it run itself down as no reset button, got a JVC MP3 player and I can play what I want without having to have an itunes account:augie

there is a way to reset an ipod. turn hold on and off, then press menu & centre button until it reboots.

itunes lost half my music collection, anything not in itunes folder it won't recognise now, so a long reintroduction process awaits me at some point

You dont need an itunes account to use an ipod either!
I've owned one for nearly 4 years and dont have account.
