We are currently running an Advanced Training course in Normandy for 14 students over six days.

Each day we focus on a specific topic and today we did an introduction to IPSGA, the lesson/briefing takes place before breakfast. We have a whiteboard and ready for the students to walk in we put the following meanings on the board for the acronym.

I - Intimidation
P - Pray to your God
S- Shit your pants
G - Grab everything
A - Accept your fate

It certainly helped to break the ice and get the day off to a good start before we went out and put it into practice.
