OK, so your options are exactly the same as mine, I've had miy 90th from new and ordered it with both option packs, (Premium and Dynamic), plus I went for the Enduro gearbox, (so has yours), the only difference being that first gear is about 9 to 10 % lower than the standard gearbox, nothing else is different.
The 90th badge on the headstock as previously mentioned is held with double sided, and not especially sticky at that, so a reasonable chance yours was lost and replaced with a standard one.... There are no other '90th' emblems anywhere else, but you can get aftermarket ones for the frame, seen them on Ebay, but they are not factory fit.
I have no mention in my V5 either that mine is a 90th edition, but it is.... and I know it is because it's a tiny bit faster than the triple black ... !!

Yep, I'm outraged and thinking of suing DVLA for defamation of colour....
My medallion fell off somewhere in the fast lane of the M5....does that mean my bike is no longer a 90 Years....not mentioned on the V5 either...will my residual value be slashed as a result...what am I to do? Advice greatly received.

The bike will be easier to sell if you get the medallion anyway and use a better quality glue. 
Why? because buyers will see the bauble and want written proof. If there's no bauble they may be suspicious its not the genuine article. Just like the OP.

My Road King had the Fuel listed as "Heavy Oil" on the V5 when I got it.
I mean I know it's a Harley but even so......

My traction engine is listed on the V5 as using steam, odd given the fuel is coal.
Aside from this medallion my 90th edition is also different as it has gold front forks, and goldy coloured tank side panels and all other triple black coloured parts, dark swing arm etc, I would say these would show its a 90th before the medallion?
Gold Brembo calipers instead of black.

My Suzuki AP50 was recorded on the V5 as New Holland....lol was great for cutting wheat...when i binned it in a field...
