Is there any truth in it? GPS obscuring clocks?

Had a couple of hours free today so I decided to slot the upper holes in the GPS mount.

Turned out the mount is made from aluminum so I just needed some needle files and some patience.

Stock view for me at 5' 11".

Just thought I'd share....Merry Xmas.

thats brill fella

That's brill fella - the only prob might be that some of us can get a little `touchy` over drilling or taking a file to our bikes (I don`t - I`m just saying some of us might).

But with that said its a fantastic, cheap, easy, quick ABSOLUTE BRILL way of sorting out the problem.

Well done fella I`m sure its going to help a lot of us out who need a quick cheap solution :clap:clap:clap:clap:clap

Mark, if you still need help with making this bracket please let me know, I'm back home now. My bike is getting changed for a 2014 soon so I can test on both if you like.

I tried to pm you but it wouldn't let me

Hi mate thanks but one of the lads has already sent me a bracket - much obliged though! Personally I think the drilling option is the best result

Ah Nuts, so there is a need for a bracket (if possible) then???

I've never had an issue with mine, but it may be good to offer something for the other mechanical numpties out there!:D

I think there is definitely a need for this bracket. Personally speaking I'd rather buy a bracket than drill and file my bike....depending on the price that is.

It has nothing to do with mechanical aptitude either :)

I can see the merits of both to be honest - what I will do to be totally as helpful as I can to other goodly tossers is a) offer a drilling service and b) offer a bracket - that way I can help people the most I think

Dunno mate - tbh the drilling option is going to take some beating as it's free!

I've got to see if I can design a bracket first and I don't think it's gonna be that easy looking at how it currently fits.....
