Is there any truth in it? GPS obscuring clocks?

Mark,

I didn't get the bracket fitted to my TE, it's sat in a bag in the garage.

I'll get the navi in the next couple of months but you're welcome to borrow the bracket for measurements etc if you need it.

That would be really handy pal, thank you, can you post it to me?

I`ll refund ya postage or happily make a bracket for you to keep - whatever you would like.

Yeah no problem. I'm awY from home for another week though. I could maybe take a picture first so you can see what it's like

Hammy that's great mate - it looks like GC6269 can actually send me the bracket but if you could still send some images that would be very helpful indeed - if I get something sorted I`ll send you a bracket to try eh?

No problem, I'll post it tomorrow. Don't worry about the cost, I owe you one from the extra fixings you sent me for the crud catcher.

ta mate - I doubt if I will see it this side of w/c Jan 6th but I`m sure it will be there waiting for me so many thanks.

Are you finished for Christmas?

I was thinking id send it through work for delivery Tuesday am.

I haven't been able to see the top of my rev counter, can't say its ever bothered me to be honest.:nenau I'd rather be watching where I'm going, as the bike is so fast and awesome.:P:aidan

When I rode the demo bike, it was one of the first things I noticed.

It bothers my OCD! You'd have thought they would have taken into account the height of an average German!

No offense taken Mark. I see eye to eye with my 6' mates sitting down but God only had five foot legs left for me so stood up I'm all of 5' 6" and a bit!

And there`s nothing wrong with that!

As I often say to my Good Lady - we are all the same size laid down.............

But back on with the thread!

Ok, GC6269 has kindly sent me a navigator bracket so I am going to see if its possible to make a bracket to raise it a little. There doesn`t seem as if there is any commercial requirement for this, most of us just seems to accept it, but I am going to see if one can be made anyway coz I can :bounce1

Got bored................

My bike is standard suspension, standard seat in lower position.

The lower seat option would be a more comfortable reach to the floor but I like as relaxed a knee bend as possible for all day comfort. Short OLD bones I'm afraid!

I agree - I`ve tried and use a lower seat but what yougain in being closer to the ground you lose on having a more bent leg - if that sounds right......
