My sincere apologies for not updating the thread every 10 fucking minutes but a large cold G&T seemed preferable
So, to get back to it, we left Sort yesterday to ride most of the remaining N260 before breaking off to Cadaqués for the night
Didn’t take many pics as too busy enjoying the flow of the roads .
Took these few
Cracking lunch in Ainsa. Food pic just for Ranta
Arrived in Cadaques
Stayed at Hotel Blaumar. Lovely place with #BMSBIFP
Shower then out for a stroll and a scoop
Then a drink or three

Bit more than a Formulé 1 but it’s a holiday FFS, not an endurance test !
It’s a kind of Greatest Hits tour visiting my three favourite hotels in Europe .
Numero uno was the Hotel Del Oso in the Picos . Number three tomorrow and number two on Monday
€128 per night if sharing hardly breaking the bank, even solo it isn’t too bad. If it averages out for the duration of a trip to €90-€100 per night, then that’s acceptable.
Del Oso was €70. Le Marronier is €95 on half board
There you have it. Averages out across three nights to under €100 per night. Perfectly acceptable and as you have already said “it is a holiday”, hardly breaking the bank.

On this occasion, I’ll admit it. Yes it would have broken my bank, having just come back from a rather expensive trip to Japan only a month ago. Then again, even if I had signed up to come, I would probably had to cancel anyway, as I have an important project on the go. There is always next year and a year after, unless I am dead, then Hey ho, such is life.Just a shame it was breaking your bank
