iTunes/iPod problems

Stepdaughter number 1 has a new iPod so I've installed iTunes for her and it was working fine. Now iTunes isn't 'seeing' the iPod any more. Any ideas?

God, this is driving me nuts!

I've re-installed iTunes, but the computer STILL isn't seeing the iPod, either through iTunes or as a hard drive!!!

Arrrrrgh!

did you associate the iPod with iTunes
