Jacket armour

I have just bought a mesh jacket for the hot weather ,very pleased with it ,the fit is good the only problem is the the elbow armour moves around too much and not quite in the right place .anyone found a good solution to this type of problem .

They look very good ,but I was thinking more of ways to stop the pads in the jacket moving rather than additional gear to have to put on .

Iron-on or self adhesive velcro?

Get some Ghost armour and put it behind the standard armour, that should ‘fill out’ the arms of the jacket and make the armour more secure a fit. It’s what I’ve done with my Klim Marrakesh jacket and it works well.

It sounds like the jacket is too big for you if the armour is able to move around freely. Can you exchange the jacket for the size down?

Good seamstress will sort that out.I have a pair of Richa gortex strides,the knee armour was down by me shins,took it to a shop(checked reviews 1st)in Southend(appreciate that's of no relevance to you)and the very nice lady did a cracking job,perfect fit and wasn't expensive.

Thanks for that ,I sent the jacket back but I might go down that route if and when I get another.
