what about their piss poor attitude to the customers? Worst customer service I've ever come across.

Well all I can say is they were very helpful when i phoned my order in

and whatever you do.... dont go there...

without phoning first!

They are mainly mail order so like notice of any callers as it obviously takes them away from the phones to answer the door.

I always call in advance or even email a list of bits I need.

James was very helpful at Airhead Wee kend even opening up on the Saturday and bringing all the bits around to my place in the evening. He even made a generous donation to the Calum's Road appeal.

Peter, the main telephone contact, has left their employ recently. He was famous for his short patience with anyone who asked a stupid question. New chap called Simon has taken over from him in last month and is very helpful. They also have new full time mechanic on site who reconditioned my ATE brakes for me whilst I waited.

In my opinion, they are an excellent dealer with a great range of parts at reasonable prices. Give them another chance, you may be pleasantly surprised.

I bought a couple of WP shocks from them. Rang up to buy another rear a few months later only to be treated like an imbecile for not knowing they had stopped selling them. "Can I buy another WP shock please?" is hardly a stupid question.

People have long memories. It's going to take a long time for these guys to get their reputation back.

Always been polite and helpful to me, helped me with good second hand parts when needed and shipped them overnight for not much cost.

My first port of call when I need something for the bike.

Ooooops!

Covers blown. Thanks, Mikey.

Don't need to declare an interest as I've been a customer myself. James runs a pretty tight ship and gives a first class service. If I was in the pooh and wanted saving, I know who I'd ring first.
Some peeps couldn't recognise a good thing if it bit them on the arse.
