Picked up my new F800GS this morning, right on schedule. In fact I could have taken delivery Friday last as it was ready then. Not bad considering it was sitting in its cardboard box on Tuesday, having just been delivered along with a couple of K's and an R.

I've only done about 130 miles on it today (bloody raining), but am well impressed so far.

Thanks to Alan Dalziel for setting up the sale and relieving me of my dosh painlessly.

This is my 5th BMW, all from Clarks, over the past 15 or so years and the service just gets better.
