Off to Europe on the GSA soon and needed a back tyre. Was quoted £105 for a standard rear Tourance fitted by East Kilbride which is a very good price.
Was due to go up to Dundee last weekend so I phoned them and spoke to Brian the service manager to see if they could match it. Not quite but £109 fitted and balanced was good enough for me.
Got them to balance my Throttle bodies too and the bike is running smoother. Always had a good experience of Dundee Bmw . Never had a full service but anything they have done has been competent and reasonably priced. Brian is always good to deal with and knows his stuff.
Anyway, good service so I thought I'd mention it.
Took out a WC GSA and was quite impressed. even with my Hilltop remap on my twin cam, the new one felt quicker. Switchgear looked cheap though and screen needs a brace.
I'll keep the TC for now and might look at a WC when they sort all the faults out.
