I`ve just had my K12OO GT into John Clarks for its 12k service prior to a week away on the west coast. I had the loan of a new R1200S for period of the service at no charge. ( and good fun it was too !
)The service was completed and new Pilot Road 2`s fitted, the front brake needed a minor warranty update . As ever competent work and good value in my opinion . However it became obvious that the bike needed an " airbox " update, the parts were delayed through no fault of JC and our forthcoming holiday to the west coast was in doubt ! now here is the good news...........with 25 mins notice Clarks provided the use of a new GS ( foc ) plus luggage for the week away with no questions asked.
This is the type of service we hear very little of these days and JC are to be credited for thier customer care.
Special mention to Brian Malcolm ( Service manager ) and John ( senior mechanic ) for thier helpful attitude throughout.
