In this chart, the O2 sensor voltage is 888 mV and the engine temperature is 44C. This is telling you a couple things:
--The engine hasn't warmed up enough to run Closed Loop (usually the happens above 60C).
--The exhaust AFR is richer than lambda = 1 (14.7:1 AFR for gasoline without ethanol). At 888 mV the AFR is probably in the range of 13.5:1.
In order to run well below normal operating temperatures, the AFR has to be richer than usual due to poor atomization and condensing of fuel on the TB, valves and cylinder walls. Therefore, immediately after starting, the Motronic stays Open Loop and runs a special warm-up enrichment mode. The enrichment starts at about 15% and declines to about 3-5% depending on Air and Engine Temperature and time.
Note that the RPM is fairly low at 900 RPM. Either you don't have the fast idle lever pulled up or you don't have it adjusted so that the slack is minimized. When the Fast Idle lever is in the mid-detent position the TPS should read about 3.5 degrees.
In the next chart you will see that the engine is warmer and the Closed Loop program is running.
