Iv been & done it fitted new bars they are about an 1.5-2 inch lower & have less sweep too feels much better also originals weigh a ton ?

I had to drill & tap the two 4mm screws for left side grip modify the barends machined off the inside bits leaving a small lug to help locate them inline used some alloy bar inserts (the type you get with MX handguards) & long 8mm bolts also replaced the torx clamp with alan bolts,the other mods where to drill the handguards where they mount to levers to bring them in more & linish (sander) some of the screen to allow them to miss they are same length as old ones too
