K100 Urgent Help please

My friends plastic thrust washer that sits between the Ali clutch part and the engine has snapped. No one has one and BMW cannot get hold of one.

Can anyone help?

Or phone Steptoe.....he has garages full of old K parts..he might not be able to find one easily, but I bet he's got some buried away 0208 546 2600

Find a local precision engineering company, or toolmaking business.

Take the broken sample for them to measure.

Ask them to copy the part (without the break) in Nylon 66.

Oooh, Another thought.

Is it a common part with airheads of the same age?

Check part numbers.
