A friend of mine recently bought an accident damaged, K1200RS. The flat, inline four version.
It had been hit from behind and the silencer had been pushed up a bit and some damage to the fairing panels. Its the nice, white and navy blue model.
He's finding that he gets a lot of vibration from around 80mph which doesn't disappear until well into three figures.
He believes that its the drive shaft that's causing the problem.
Anyone any experience of similar?
Gets confusing as people are posting on forums about a particular problem, then you realise that its the later, across the frame, four they're talking about.
