Hi everyone,

I'm just trying to get a feel for any bikers on here who live/work and more importantly ride around cornwall?

I would be interested to hear from anyone on here, best routes, cafes, biker spots, meets and all etc.

Not Cornwall, but just over the Tamar and in Plymouth is a cafe on the harbour-side that's frequented by lots of bikers:

oh yeah on the barbican. nice spot. its a little bit far for an evening ride from my place but on weekends a nice ride out.

speaking of the weekend ill be out tomorrow hopefully. maybe i will pop down.

Theres a weekly Thursday night meet in Helston in the summer if you go to the May Tree/Premier Inn but take the opposite turning to there car park then follow it to the dead end theres normally a burger/brew van. People turn up through out the evening. Theres also a bike meet over at Hayle at the McDonalds, cant remember which night it is but I think its once a month.

Hayle is weekly on Tuesday's should be getting going around now weather wise, think there is a met on Sunday mornings at Portreath car park and at a cafe just down the road from St Erth railway station both I believe are very informal affairs

Forgot about the St Erth one the cafe is right near the roundabout at the bypass to Hayle, coming from the Penzance direction theres a small industrial estate on the right and the cafe is in one of the buildings right near the road easy parking and its up a small stairway. They do a massive breakfast for about £6....ansome.
