Not really. Next country is Romania so it'll be EU countries from now on and no borders.

I was looking for some for him to fix up.
I like these gutters.We seriously looked at buying somewhere small in the Idilevo area as prices are crazy cheap, both for something in need of full renovation and also for a decent place with a couple of acres, small vineyard and a pool

Definitely don’t miss Buzludzha Iain. Shame it’s being let go to wrack & ruin 
When I there in 2014, with Aidan1150, I managed to get in via some broken glass tiles to the right of the main entrance. Dunno if that’s still an option but it was worth crawling through the small gap.
And I’m sure you know it’s compulsory to ride the Transfagarasan & Transalpina once you’re in Romania

There's no fences here.
It has now been pouring rain for 2 hours and is scheduled to be wet, more on than off, until next Thursday! Riding the Transalpina pass in the pissing rain appeals as much as a hole in the head!

Shame that the weather has crapped out for you Iain as there's lot's to see within about 40km but you need the weather for it.
There might be guards at Buzludhza now. There's a manhole with a pile of rocks on top and I think that's the only way in , was also being patrolled last time I was there so no access unfortunately .
There's a bear that sometimes hangs around at the carp pond and it's not particularly friendly apparently

Polly ( who runs the camp ) can act as an agent and she does it for very little so you can cut out the middle man, she also wouldn't let you buy somewhere in a area that just isn't suitable, ie. in a Romany community...whereas the selling agents would just take your money and not say anything !
