Jesus, was this weekend really that long ago?

I'm booked into the Killin Hotel this Friday which is the hotel next to the pub we spent all night in.

I got a deal with Itison. BnB for two of us for a total of £45. I'm just hoping its not in those two caravans that GC and Yogi were in :D

Think Yogi was distracted with something else while I slept here.

Aye, I was shocked at the leniency too. Yogi should have been sentenced to much more than that :D

It was a month after the first bikers visit to the Jockgrim Hinterstadtlfest. GC, Robmack, me and Johnny Oonyack introduced the Killin Krazies crew to the joys of Jaegermeister thanks to the habit we developed a few weeks earlier in Germany.

I remember everyone going daft on the Jagers in the pub.

Then Doyle said, "have yiz tried Jagerbombs?" and bought a round for 15 folk. I'm sure it cost him about fifty quid :D

It was a cracking weekend. One of many we had in those days :beerjug:

probably the weekend I laughed my ass off the most at....I don't think I have ever been than drunk before....:D

Yogi has never looked back since that weekend. Him and his burd have made their fortune dean a Krankies tribute act :D

We had a really good night at the Killin Hotel but a few things have changed since since our 2008 visit. The 5 star digs we stayed at have closed permenantly. Probably shut by Environmental Health. The receptionist at the hotel even called it a filthy dive when I mentioned it to her.

Sadly, the pub we spent all night in has also closed. The hotel has turned it into an annexe to the hotel. The Fisher Hotel pub has also closed.

The Killin Hotel has a really good selection of malts though. And their food was excellent.

Rode up through Killin today on the way to the great glen, but I distinctly remember on the Sunday that one of you saying that you pumped a 'smaller than average' woman, I thought it might have been Garfield, but could have been Yogi? He was a wee bit remorseful anyway ;-)
