Lambda Sensor

Hiya all, I have been fitting a Y-piece to the 1150 today, I bought it secondhand and it already had a lambda sensor fitted, but the crush washer was loose even though the sensor itself seemed tight. I decided it would be better to fit my lambda sensor to the y-piece, when I removed the lambda from the y-piece it left its threads in the y-piece, I need to clean these threads before fitting my lambda. Now to the questions:-

Does anyone know the thread size for the lambda sensor (I think it is 17.5mm x 1.5mm)?
Does anyone have a tap they could lend/hire to me?

iv got 1 18x1.5 live near belper its a spark plug tap old pinto engine i think

Cheers for the offer, if I don't manage to get something sorted at work this week could I call in on you Saturday morning, would bring the y-piece with me so should be able to clean the thread without taking the tap away.
