Lambda sensor ?

My bike 03 1150 ADV twin spark has the lambda sensor fitted with the flat end but i have a spare with the rounded end , are they interchangable and whats the difference , ie is one the original and one a pattern part ?

Round ends are for the early 1100 models.

My early 1150 a 99 model still had a round one?

Round ends are for the early 1100 models.
