I think laser offer an end can, y-piece and chip as one package, which from memory was a hell of a lot cheaper than a remus can, y-piece and BBchip.
The alternative would be to pick up a remus can and y-piece second hand and buy a laser chip. I'm sure a laser chip will work just fine with a remus can. Both are straight through so it doesn't matter what badge is on it in my opinion.
BB power chip is very expensve compared to the laser but it does have a few settings depending on your setup. But if your going for the y-piece and end can option you'll only ever use the one setting which is the one the laser chip offers. So I don't think the BB chip is worth the extra money.
Another alternative would be to use a techlusion box that adds fuel where it is needed, or you could even try steptoes mod on the cat code plug and not buy a chip at all.
Do a search and prepare to do a lot of reading. Whatever you do decide to do, get your bike dynoed once your done just to make sure the fuelling is ok.
