Hi folks was thinliking of changing my vario top box 04 1200 GS to some type pf givi set up as there's never enough room on the BM case. Only problem is vario case lock is same key as my bike. So how do you replace the lock, or do hursts offer this service and how much? I know i'm lazy but i'd rather get good advice as poor advice form hursts. Also what set up should i be looking for for a givi repleacement size rack etc. Also what would a vario top box be worth???
