The Navigator VI records lean angle!

Mine is showing -24 & +30 (very graciously It didn't record my drop). I'm guessing people have much higher numbers so what's yours show?

I got 360 but walked away from it :D

Mind you, that was on a BSA Bantam D7 when motorcycling was fun and not all about ABS, Traction Control, TPS, GPS and lean angle feckin' tell tales :rob

Have fun fellas, lean too much and you'll fall off :D

Max 34 in winter riding, didn’t discover the feature until after the summer so got some work to do :)

Was this before or after you had your bike Hilltopped??

How do you turn it on
I have a 2016 gsa with cornering abs so have the bike that can show it but cannot find it on the
Nav unit or how to turn it on ?

Funny old game had the lean angle detector for years .
Located in sensory mode on the front outside edge of each boot with foot / toe interface . ;-)
Measured from Light tickle to Oh fuck this could hurt and you didn’t have to remove eyes from the road to fully utilise the feature.
Progress eh ?

Didn’t you also start a post about ‘dropped bike’ :P

i noticed it on the device when I was playing with it at home (i.e. off the bike); I thought I'd gone through all options when it was on the bike so may not be visisble on the bike using the wonder wheel. I'll try and put something up tonight to show where you can see the info. Nudge me if I forget.

Haven't you got some work to do??? :-D
hahaha, yes, very astute. I'm actually laughing at that - just joined a bike forum and pretty much my first 2 posts show that I'm a dick. TBH my wife could have told you that without the posts but when I join a new environment I have the opportunity to start afresh but I always blow it. :blast

I’ve a 17 GS Rallye and have been asking the same question. Even contacted dealer who said it is only available on 1000RR.
Come to the conclusion BMW dealers don’t know much about the bikes they sell and information regarding lean angle is only sent to sat Nav on newer bikes. I think

Stats from my Nav V:-

1. Gear change 128874 - no wonder my left foot hurts
2. Front brakes - 18996
3. Rear brakes - 33293 and I rarely touch it!

I suspect (although don't know) you will only get it on bikes with ABS pro and traction control pro as the bikes with this option has a lean angle sensor to activate the above.........
