The main beam is fairly rubbish and badly aligned as standard and I always use the fogs so I'm thinking about fitting some narrow angle spots to work with main beam.

That got me thinking about having some H7 LED bulbs along with an LED pilot bulb. Has anyone tried them? Are they bright enough yet? Early versions were not much good, though maybe the newest ones are OK. Did they kick off the LampF warning?

LED's

You need to add a resistor to make it lok the same to the canbus, PM Les of this parish and fit HID;s you won't beat them

My issue is not that the headlight is weak (which it is) but its not got enough separation between main and dip beams. When dip is set to not dazzle oncoming drivers the main is too low. Simply fitting brighter bulbs wont help.

I already have the BMW short range spots which with the dip give a good near bike spread and I plan to fit some long range spots to work with main beam. So I was wondering if the new LED H7 bulbs are any good or are they just decorative for those who like to drive their cars about with fogs on.
