As far as I'm aware...the IBS bit just means that it has a resistor in it which fools the ECU into thinking it's a 'normal' 21w brake bulb and that it's working fine.......On the 1150GSA with IBS, if one filament is broken, it switched to use the other one at low wattage for running then at high wattage to act as a brake light, whilst it also shows the brake warning light on the dash to let you know that you've lost a filament, even though it LOOKS like it's working properly.
Therefore, Yes, it will work......the version that does NOT have the IBS resister in it would trigger the brake warning even though it WAS working properly, because the IBS (probably stands for Intelligent Bulb system or something equally inane) 'thinks' that a bulb filament is broken as the LED draws so little power.
I'm just making educated guesses, but I'm 90% sure I'm right
