Light bar mod for HID installation

Does anybody know of a fabrication company in South Cheshire that could fabricate a stainless steel plate and weld it to a stainless steel light bar?



The attached photo shows what I am after. The paper template will be fabricated from SS and be welded to the light bar.

i have a s/s plate that goes under the beak on the 1150 to take 4 to 6 ballasts, if you want a look pm me I'm only in Congleton.

I can tell you that the ones Les has do a great job. I have 6 ballasts mounted on mine

Timpo did the work that I wanted doing last week and made a fine job of it

This is the finish pre powder coating including a 20mm offset so that I can add an additional two HID ballasts as a later date if required: -
