Lights on...

well after several weeks of looking at them I've finally fitted the auxilliary lights.

Many thanks to the guys on this site, Alan, Lee, Migsel for their instructions.

I've learnt a few things, which might help others.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!
Read the instructions AGAIN.
Piggy-back the black to the brown before you put the fuse box lid back on.
Don't try to reinstall the head light using a bolt from your torbinators

What's the best way to set the new lights up?

Wait until it's dark, then point them in the direction you want them to point.

If your bedtime's too early and you can't be arsed to climb out of your wanking chariot until the crack of noon, try adjusting the lights with a blanket over your head!

They've got some "tottie" with extremely odd tastes round your way...

Oh yeah and "today" July 5th lasts from 4:03.51 to 22:08.09 for civilians and 2:51.72 to 23:19.88 for wet bobs so there is a fairly small window for "going out in the dark" there, Greg

The extra lights are to read by, in the study, obviously.
