That a shame I've offered to help out with the offroad ride but cannot stay over night so if thats the case cross my name off
Lots of people ride in on the day to these events unable to stay for what ever reason
but support the forum and pay there subs ...its your call but in this case me thinks its a bad one

I think the above thread deserves some sort of a reply
Being as i have offered to lead a ride ...Maybe i could lead an offroad ride for the members who are not welcome because they can't get a weekend pass 
If you had a bit more savvy you could have asked the guys coming for one day only for a small donation to a local charity

BHT has probably been requested to limit the numbers and in a way this is probably the best way.
Much as I would love to camp over, I may also find it a struggle. I would join you on the ride out happily as you know, but it's not really BHT's fault.
I know you've had no response, but to be honest, I'm sure BHT has more important things to worry about at the moment

I asked for the rides to be weekend attendee only.
People wanting to visit Llangollen for a single day's worth of trails can do by contacting me at any other time and I'll lead them on a loop, and it will be free of charge.
The area's trails can not sustain an infinite number of bikes in a day, and although technically legal, it doesn't mean the best way to operate a trail ride.
So, I have used the easiest and most sensible method of cutting the numbers to manageable and covert groups.
Tinatrim/Forry will lead the easiest ride, Spout will take the medium skill ride, and I'll take the medium plus ride to the trails, all routes are GSable.
Once the true number of prospective trail riders has levelled out, there may be a need to subdivide again to get smaller groups again. I have a couple of names of folk offering to lead a group. These names have a good knowledge of the area as I have ridden with them for some time now and I have shown them the legal routes of the area and which direction the trails can be used safely with the larger machines. Taking that into account, we may end up with five or six different trail rides heading off from The Hand Hotel's car park on Saturday morning.
I hope that the above has shone a bit of light on to the issue.

Thats why I offered to help out ...you even sent me a pm a couple of weeks ago saying you would contact me closer to the ride date as did Spout
Anyway you enjoy your day out might bump into you on the day I'll be out with my old mate Terry
sorry thats if its ok for us to ride your lanes Seems the same applies to the road rides is it ok for me to ride anywhere in wales that weekend
