Try N54 56.617 W7 45.695.

If you go into Letterkenny and out the R250 (towards Glenties/Dunglow) you should pass sports complex on the left. You'll pass a filling station on the left as well and it's about 1 km further on, on the left. (give or take a few hundred yards). The memorial is beside the road.
