planning a trip south in June and my favourite place is closed for some works. Came across this place which looks nice but is quite expensive at EURO 175. Anyone been here before or have any other recommendations for a place in the area with decent food. The reviews are mixed so I am a bit hesitant.

Yes. I can’t find when, but it was certainly pre-Covid and I’ve certainly been past it several times as well.

From memory (we might be talking seven or maybe more years ago) it was OK, though - again from memory - there’s not much else around it. Good though for a one night stay or as a base say for two nights to explore the Baie du Somme region.

If you are looking for another hotel (it’s not Logis) in roughly the same area, have a look at:

I’ve used it several times solo and with others. The restaurant and breakfast are both OK. Lots of parking and a short walk to the sea / estuary of the Somme. You can also walk into St Valery sur Somme or get a cab.
