London Marathon

Well with only three days to go I'm getting nervous now.
My training hasn't gone quite as well as planned but I'm sure I'll get round one way or another.

... on the security side of the Marathon and have one little tip that might prevent your day being spoiled.

Apparently some of the low-life scum take great pleasure in re-filling the bottles with piss, they then join the 'helpers' and hand them out to gasping runners

Don't drink from anything thats not sealed, theres lots of drinks stations
