Fitting the Denali Light Mount to a 2011 R1200GS. (Thank you Nippy Normans)

Installation consists of attaching a bar to 2 x U-Bolts over subframe behind the oil cooler.

2 sets of U Bolts are supplied one for the GS one for GSA. I have attached the correct ones.

The bar is secure on the U Bolts but the mount is still loose and can move. :blast

I can secure it using plastic ties but would prefer a better solution if anyone has one.

I have the same bar and it is fixed nice tight for me. The diagram shows a nut either side of the bar but I only used one under the bar if you know what I mean. The only issue I had was the first time I fitted it was to trap an indicator cable so make sure that is not the case!!
If I can help further please let me know

Thank you I'll try it, that will work as the top nut is the one preventing the bar getting flush with the subframe.

If you have a slim rubber sheet, or some anti slip matting, you could use that to fill the gap/create a gripping point for it? (unless the gap/looseness is fairly large)

Thanks for the suggestions bar fitted and all good, no top nut and I put anti slip tape on it as well.
