Loose wire - help please

Getting back to the clutch replacement after many week.

Just noticed this wire with a frayed end - can you tell me where it goes to and from? I guess it is an earth and attached to the gearbox case??

It goes from that torn off end to the other torn off end.

There will be a similar frayed end (still attached to the loom) that it should attach to.

It seems to cross the gearbox to the right of the bike.

Inside and above the Left throttle body is where that descends down the inside of the starter

So it may be attached to the cluster of starter and left throttle body wires
